What to know about suicide: Part two

Just a quick follow up on my post about suicide from the other day. This is a great talk from Kevin Briggs of the California State Patrol. He shares stories about working the Golden Gate Bridge, the most used suicide spot in the United States. Last year 46 people died after jumping from the bridge. It's not all bleak though, because funding for protective barriers were approved this summer.

Suicide is preventable, counseling can help! If you have had thoughts of death, not existing, or even taking your own life, please call me at (253) 778-6529, or call another trained professional, and if you have concerns for someone else, get them help!
